IMPORTANT NOTE FROM EDF

This is just a reminder note that all past due balances and costume fees MUST be paid by Monday January 19th.  We have several costumes waiting to be sewn, but we have to keep putting off the date because we don't have the final payment for the costumes.  The costume company will not even begin to cut them out until they have full payment.  Misty, the other teachers, and the dancers have all done their part, and worked hard to have fun, entertaining, and technical dances to compete.  Now I need to do my part and make sure that we have the costumes here on time.  It is impossible for me to do this without collecting everyone's money.  This is my least favorite part of my job!  I hate to ask for money, but we all know that it is necessary.  Misty and I have talked about this for hours and hours over the last several days.  We both know that financial times are tough!  We have felt it in our own homes, and we have seen a few dancers have to drop out of competitions and a few have to quit completely because of money issues.  This is really hard for us to see.  Misty develops such strong relationships with the kids and doesn't want to see any of them in this situation.  While I too love the kids, my relationships are mostly with the moms, dads, grandma's etc.  I think I can call everyone of you that walk in the studio a friend, and I hate to see friends struggling.  Unfortunately our studio has also felt these financial pains.  We no longer have the cash flow to allow us to carry large balances on accounts.  That is why at this time we have to require payment.  I have tried, and will continue to try to work with people as best as I can.  However it is also my job to make this a fair situation for everyone.  There are several parents who were diligent about making their 15% monthly payments towards their costumes and competition fees.  That is why it is no longer fair for me to hold up costumes for the people who have not made their payments.   Thank you, thank you, thank you to the moms, dads, grandmas, etc that have been so easy to work with.  It makes my life so much easier!!  Thanks to everyone for understanding and for supporting the studio!   Following is a list of girls who are current and have paid for their costumes, or have already contacted me and are making their payment on Monday.  Please remember you may still have a balance on your account for competition fees.  Final balances are due February 8th.   Abbie Layton Abby Kier Rylee Kier Abby Smoot Cienna Smoot Dallas Smoot Ashlyn Sneddon Katelyn Sneddon Bailey Barto Bailey Sill BayLee Hansen Cassi Turner Cassidy Stewart McKinley Stewart Courteney Mitchell Courtney Ainge Brandon Ainge Hadlie Eppel Hailey May Lauren May Jami Combe Jessi Watson Karlee Lindsay Kate Nelson Kayshia Pulsipher Kennadee Poulsen Kenady Kimber Kamryn Kimber McKahll Strong Megan Cashmore Miranda Ramsey Mykell Swartz Natalie Fillerup Oaklie Payne Rylile Tucker Payton Tucker Sabrina Pickett Sophia Herrick Sydney Satterthwaite Tristan Gray Yesenia Gil Zandra Gajewski-Lee   Thanks again to all of these parents!!   If you are not on this list and you have any questions, please call, or email me so we can get payment worked out.  Please do not send your dancer to dance without a payment or without making arrangements with me.  Thanks!
