costume and competition fees

We are now just over a month out from our first competition.  Misty, Cacede, Jen and all the dancers on the team have worked hard, and the routines look great!  We are excited for compeition season!  As you know Misty is doing the final spacing on all routines on Monday.  It is now necessary for us to ask that all dancers have paid for all of their costumes in full.  We have several costume orders that are ready to ship, they are just waiting on the final payment.  We need to make this payment in order to insure all costumes arrive here on time to compete.  To make it fair to all dancers and teachers, any dancer who has not paid will be removed from the routines on Monday.  The closer it gets to competition the harder it is to redo spots.  It is time consuming and it is not fair to the other students or teachers.  We are not requiring all comp fees to be paid at this time, but please remember your total balance is due no later than February 8th.  If you have questions or concerns please let me know ASAP.  Thanks!
