cheer uniforms

We have decided to have Coleman's make our cheer uniforms.  They will be coming to measure next week.  They will be in the $180-$205 price range.  We MUST have at least $75 down from everyone to order your uniform.  If you have not paid at leat $75 toward your uniform by next week we will NOT order your uniform.

pizza fundraiser

The pizza orders for the pizza fundraiser are due tomorrow Tuesday September 15th.

NO DANCE TODAY

Because we have so many dancers and teachers out sick, we are going to cancel dance today.  Also Misty will not be doing any solo/duo/trio lessons today or tomorrow.  If you were scheduled for today or tomorrow we will get you rescheduled to next week.  Taylon will still be holding his cheer and tumbling classes.

2009 EDF DANCE CAMP

Please remember to wear your team outfit, or all black to camp today.  Camp is 9AM-5PM for the older students, and 11AM-5PM for the younger students.  The showcase is at 5PM today at the studio.   HUT HUT!!

PIZZA FUNDRAISER...& WEAR SNEAKERS FOR HIP HOP AT CAMP...

*I forgot to tell evreryone in my last email make sure you bring sneakers to camp for hip hop!    *We are doing a Tony's pizza fundraiser.  There are order forms at the studio if you want to pick some up.  You need to use one form for each pizza ordered.  The forms will be taped to the top of the box for delivery.  You will sell each pizza for $7.50, and you will pay Tony's $5.50 for each pizza.  Please have everyone write their checks to you and you write one check for the total amount to EDF.  We will pay Tony's, and credit the rest to your account.  The orders are due September 17th and will be delivered September 23rd.  Please make sure you pick up your pizzas on the 23rd because we do not have refrigerator space for them and they will go bad!  We need to sell a minimum of 50 pizzas as a studio, or we can't do this fundraiser.  AS ALWAYS THIS FUNDRAISER IS FOR DANCE AND CHEER STUDENTS.   HUT HUT!!

IMPORTANT NOTES FROM EDF

*Because it is only the Company kids who dance on Wednesday, and because they don't really ever get breaks, they are really tired by 8:30.  So, for now we are going to end dance at 8:30PM on Wednesdays.   *Please remember the final payment for camp is due today.  Camp must be paid for in full or you can't attend.  Please do not send your child to camp if you have not paid.  They will not be allowed to participate. If you want to compete in a hip hop routine, you must attend camp.  However, just because you attend camp, it does not mean you WILL be put in a hip hop routine.  Mario is coming prepared with 4 hip hop routines.  He will place students by age and ability.  It is possible that he may not place every student. Camp will be 4:30-9PM Friday, 9AM-4PM on Saturday, and 9AM-5PM on Monday for all students EXCEPT Elite Tots, Elite Tinys, and Xtreme Minis.  The hours for them are Friday 4:30-7:30PM, and Monday 12-5PM.  There will be a showcase Monday at 5PM at the studio.  We are also having a pool party at the Cashmores on Saturday 4:30-6:30PM.  Please bring your own towels.  There will be a barbequer available if you would like to bring your own meat, plates, forks, etc.  We would also like everyone to bring something to share.  Elite Tots/Tinys & Xtreme Minis-chips, Xtreme Petites/Juniors/Seniors-drinks, Company-dessert.   HUT HUT!!
